Description

Little story: This event takes place on a cliff near imperial military installation at planet Mastiir. Last remaining siths, Darth Redou and his apprentice SIlas were on a daily (day? lol) rutine for dark force lessons. When suddenly this mysterious Sith-killer mercenary/semi-jedi Ze Jada appeared from nowhere.
Here Ze Jada is about to give finishing blow to Silas.

And heres some pertinent info:
This took about 160-170 hours to complete
I started some time ago after seeing Revenge of the sith, originality points = 0
No reference images used though.
I used Photoshop 7 only.
around 20 layers were created.

not so pertinent:
I played my whole metal/hard rock playlist 2 times around
bla bla > < |,,/

And to be honest, I didn't have any major idea or plan for this painting, therefore I made that story just now. ^__^ Wanted to paint only what I felt at the moment and what could look cool or beautiful or both, in my humble opinion.

Any comment or critisism are most welcome =)

for instance: composition, for detailing too much non-essential elements, character proportions or design, lighting and colors of the image... anything! spelling - grammar errors? 8D

anyway Thanks.

Nice work, very dynamic! The colours you've used reminds me of ANTIFAN's artworks for some reason. Be careful with anatomy though, the girl looks off.
Nice textures and lighting!

As far as the story goes - I think I'd have liked Ze Jada to have been the dude in green at the back and the girl to be the apprentice Sllas. Could even have been a scene showing Sllas murdering her master (as I believe is the custom of ascendency in Sith ranks).

Oh yeah, the painting. Yep it's cool! (thumbup)

This is great and amazing work, but as you mentioned yourself, since you detailed out everything in my opinion it lacks movement, everything is so detailed out and the picture kinda becomes static, the postures of the figures might add to that because they were not drawn from reference and are slightly off as pointed out. This is an amazing piece of work nonetheless, maybe smudging up a few places might improve it even more.

wow, looks like a lott of work. Great details and colors. The dynamic is there, mostly in the background, the figures just aren't at the same level. About the girl, it seems like we have a fisheye view of her, which i love, but it doesn't quite fit you know.
Anyways, great job!!
